The The Russian army units were relocated in the direction of Tskhinval from suburbs of Georgian town Gori, has declared to the Georgian journalists on departure-road from the town the representative of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation major general Vyacheslav Borisov.
- Starting from tomorrow the city police officially starts to work. All previous conversations, that the city is destroyed, there there is a marauding mismatch the truth, - he has underlined.
Borisov has told, that with representatives of the Georgian authorities and foreign ambassadors in the evening on Wednesday it has taken an inspection trip round Gori.

Approximately two days more the Russian army will be in this region to carry out certain procedures on a control transfer of function to the Georgian police and then armies will leave.
The temporary head of administration of a city Gori Alexander Majsuradze has informed journalists, that on Thursday the city population can come back home.
In these hours in Gori there is a secretary of Council of national safety of Georgia Alexander Lomaya which carries on negotiations with representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Russia.

The Russian peace makers have brought down on August, 13th oin the sky over Tskhinvali the Georgian unmanned scout plane - the second for this day, the official representative of the Ministry of Defence of Russia has informed.
┬лDespite all assurances of the Georgian party about the termination of any military actions, on Wednesday over Tskhinvali the Georgian drone plane which carried out investigation has been found out. The Russian peace makers have found out a scout plane and available fire tools have brought it downt┬╗. Earlier the assistant to the commander-in-chief of Land forces of Russia colonel Igor Konashenkov has informed RTR, that the Georgian dron plane has been hit past night at 23:25. ┬лThis device tried to conduct investigation from air of places of a dislocation of peace-making subdivisions and the units of strengthening given to it┬╗, - has told Konashenkov.
He has promised, that лin case we see again the Georgian dron plane, it will be brought down╗.

It was declared on Wednesday by the deputy chief of the Joint Staff of Armed forces of Russia colonel-general Anatoly Nogovitsyn. лFor today the loss of staff of grouping are: dead - 74 persons, sanitary wounded men - 171 persons, missing persons - 19 persons╗, - he has told at press conference in Moscow.
Also he has noticed, that from 15 o'clock on August, 12th, groups of detachments and military units of Russian Army лhave stopped active actions╗, having obtained the order to remain in those places where they have received this order. Now a unit of the Russian peace makers cover road on which the humanitarian help arrives. There is a medical batallion in Tskhinvali .

Georgia declares in the meantime, that it is ready to a revenge. As the state minister on questions of reintegration Temur Yakobashvili has told, the termination of operations declared by Russia does not mean, that they will not proceed for Georgia. He has noticed, that the Russian armies do not fire at anybody, but he recommended лthe population of occupied territories not to come into contact with the Russian military men╗.
But the Russian peacemakers in South Ossetia are exposed till now to bombardments in South Ossetia. They tell about it to a press: лSeparated groups of the Georgian military men on different directions from time to time try to fire at positions of the Russian peacemakers and the army units given to it╗.
Probably, they are the snipers of regular Georgian army, probably they are some militarised groups not subordinated to Tbilisi, experts believe. The situation becomes complicated because that 800 military men of Georgian army came back from Iraq. They are well trained experts. The president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has declared, that "on the basis of the reports he has made the decision to end the operation on compulsion of Georgia to the peace". "I have made decision to finish operation on compulsion of the Georgian authorities to peace. The purpose is achieved", - he said at a working meeting in the Kremlin with Minister of Defence Anatoly Serdjukov and the chief of the Joint Staff Nikolay Makarov.

The Georgian army formations ran from Gori past Monday without any organisation and in a full panic. The British newspaper "The Times" writes about it on Tuesday.

The capital of South Ossetia to Tskhinvali on Sunday evening has undergone again to heavy artillery firing from positions of the Georgian troops.
ITAR-TASS informs on it referring to news agency "OS Inform".
There is no information about victims yet. Local defence forces and units of the Russian army suppress fire points. Simultaneously the city continues to "smooth out" the Georgian snipers.
Besides, operations on neutralisation of snipers pass in the freed villages, before held by the Georgian troops.

The embassy of Russia has gained the note the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia that the Georgian armed forces stop their operations in South Ossetia starting on August, 10th, informed the international department of Georgia on Sunday.
The note has been handed over the consul of the Russian Federation in Georgia - to Andrey Smaga.
Besides, there is noted in the message, that "all armed forces are inferred from a zone of conflict", says "Interfax".
Also the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia informs, that the Georgian party has created a humanitarian alleyway and has given the chance to the peace population to get out from the area of conflict, and official Tbilisi is ready to begin immediately negotiations with Russia about end of operations.
┬лWe confirm, that in embassy of Russia in Georgia was given the note that the Georgia is ready to negotiations, - have informed the correspondent of ITAR-TASS in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. - however information coming from peace makers testify that the Georgian troops continue to remain in territory of South Ossetia, and Georgian Army proceed with its operations in the area of Ossetia. It is necessary to muster all these data┬╗.
All this words about the cessation of fire are for the foreign mass media, and for Ossetia the Georgian Army has only bullets, shells, mines and death. The Georgia does not do that it announces in front of the whole world.

On August, 7th in Tshinval two Georgian military men have shot an Osset family from a grenade cup discharge. Under evidence of eyewitnesses, in Osset village Hetagurovo (Tsunar) the family have tired out in the house, and was locked and the Georgian troopers have set fire to them, and the woman with two children, trying to escape from the enemy, have been knocked down by the tank.
